Prayer for Sunday, April 3, 2022

 Verses: Colossians 3:5, Lamentations 3:22

Reflection: Psalm 143:8

Dear YAHUAH,

Thank You for safe travels yesterday and a good nights rest, may we feel refreshed and renewed.   May we crucify our pride and selfishness, may all that we do place You first in our lives.   We subject our flesh to You and submit this day, may we win the battles we face.  May we search for you and find You, may we spend quality time with You.   May we praise Your name from sunrise to sunset.

May we be focused upon You and not the distractions of this world.   Help us to be careful, mindful, and watchful.   May we be better servants to You, may we not be separated from You.   We ask for the grace we need this day.   Help us when we feel weak, help us to safeguard us from sin.

Oh compassionate FATHER, please help us place our hope in the surety of Your great love for us as we spread the good news about Your grace wherever we go.   Thank You for being our portion, our hope, and our salvation.   May our souls not be downcast, but have hope in You.

Amein and Amein.
